Day 13

Mark took off work today so he could work on the house. He spent most of the day building the new wall for the dining room and living room. I came towards the end of the day when they were placing temporary walls up in the back; however, you can see the built out.

Then our middle one needed to make cupcakes for school the next day, so I did not have a chance to spend time at the house. I did go over there quickly to write scriptures on the posts. It is in reference to the following scripture, and then there are pictures of the writings.

Inspiration: Deuteronomy 6:4-9: 4 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.


Lit Bit's Room:

Deuteronomy 6:6-9

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path.

Hallway closet - wall to the living room:

Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.

Proverbs 23 3-4

Hallway Closet - wall to the hall:

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Opening to the Living Room from the Kitchen, but I will need to move it because I forgot these studs are moving.

Dining Room:

Kitchen Expansion:
