February 27, 2015 finally arrived, it was Closing Day. I had
to go to work that day, and closing was in the afternoon. I was working very
hard to wrap everything up so I could make it to closing on time. I think I was
telling everyone that day about our house. The excitement was getting to me,
yet I still was holding back. I thought the shoe was going to drop again.
The closing went really smooth. We met with the people of
Home Abstract Title Company, and they are very nice. They are even helping us
with our current house. The owner, their agent, Pam, and John were all there.
John was so awesome he brought hot chocolate (pictured below in the second picture) and Pam, just as awesome, brought
us a congratulation gift. We were there for about hour and a half, and it was a
lot of signing. After signing, pictures, talking about our current house, it
was complete! We finally had a house, and I was still containing my excitement.
Mark and I walked out of the building and it hit us we own a new house. I
finally started jumping up and down with excitement that we finally have a house!
