Days 42 through 43

Day 42

We took a break on day 42 because we had the older girls that night. We spent time with them.

Day 43

The plumber (Colby) came today and finished up the pipes. We officially have pipes to the kitchen sink, island, and moved the gas line for the stove.

He changed the utility lines for the washer and dryer to the other side of the wall, and installed the pipes for the laundry room sink.

The refrigerator water line was also installed.

I was excited that Mark was able to install more can lights in the living room and we also received our island lights and new fan.

Mark worked on adding more can lights in the house.

I added a quick coat of paint to the fireplace. It is high heat paint made for this application. The part that is not painted has new quick concrete on it to fill in some cracks. So I am waiting for that to dry. 

I made Mark redo electrical box that was a single plug, I wanted a double plug. No one reads my notes on the walls about the plugs.
