Days 31 through 35

This was at the point where I did not start feeling well. So the next few days have very little information. Mostly during this time Mark and my dad were working on electrical work, so there was not much to document. We also had Cactus Plumbing (Colby Urbanovsky) out to work on our plumbing. Colby and I went to school together, so it is neat to see us all grown up now. I cannot say enough good things about Colby's work, he is excellent. If you need a plumber in the West area give him a call.

This is the old into the hallway that lead to the back porch. Since we enclosed the back porch, it is now inside the house. We decided to make this the primary entry to the back bedroom and make it a wider opening. Mark started cutting out the sheetrock to make the opening wider.

My in laws went to Ennis to pick up our pocket doors for little bit's closet and for the Master bathroom.

The following are pictures of the new can lights and air ducts that went in this week. You can still see a lot of wiring hanging from the ceiling. The wiring in the house was a big mess, the way it was wired did not make a lot of sense. Mark and Dad are trying to put the puzzle together.

I also stopped to pick up the sink for our island. I am excited to have a hand wash sink. When I am cooking Mark and I are always fighting over the sink because he wants to wash dishes while I cook. This always ends up being an issue because I need to sink to wash may hands and he is in my way.

I was super excited about this next item. I always wanted a pot filler. People look at me like I am crazy when I say this because they have never heard of it. Below is the picture of ours that I picked out, and then next is an example of what it will look like once it is installed. I have several commercial size pots, and I am excited I do not have to lugged them across the kitchen to the stove when filling them up with water.

The following are our new bathroom facets. The top one will go in the Master and the bottom one will go in the girls bathroom.
